Part 31 of 31 from "Christ our Righteousness".

“And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves.” (2. Corinthians 5:15)
Christ will see to it that no sin will condemn you anymore. He will see to it that all the evil which still dwell in your sinful nature, and which can break out any time, aren’t imputed to you. Yes, he will also see to it that you won’t be judged according to the law, but are allowed to live under the grace, all the time, as long as you remain in the faith in him.
But, then, in return he wants you to live for him here on earth, that you are ardent for his honour, and for the salvation of the people he has bought with his precious blood.
You are allowed to take care of these smaller things, while he, your high-priest and head, will take care of the great matter of atonement to God.
Can one think of richer circumstances and a more blessed community for poor sinners like me and you?
